For builds over $10,000, payments tie to deliverable milestones — working demo, production-ready, final delivery — not to calendar dates. You only pay the next milestone when the previous one is delivered and accepted. This protects both sides: you don't pay ahead of work, we don't work ahead of payment.

Not on the listed price. We offer a 10% annual prepay discount — that's it. If the listed price doesn't fit, we move you to a lower tier with less scope. We don't negotiate on the same scope for a smaller number.
Entry tiers (Repurpose Engine, Pipeline Lite) have no setup fee. Full pipeline tiers have setup fees of $2,500 to $5,000 depending on tier — they cover pipeline configuration, brand voice intake, tool integration, and the first two weeks of onboarding work. Paid at contract signature, separate from the monthly retainer.
Entry tiers (Repurpose Engine, Pipeline Lite) have a 3-month minimum with monthly billing — we designed those as a lower-commitment way to prove the pipeline before stepping up. Full pipeline retainers (Starter, Scale, Authority) have a 6-month minimum because content takes 60 to 90 days to show real performance signals, and month-to-month engagements don't give the pipeline time to compound. MCP maintenance retainers (Managed Refresh, Lite, Standard, Premium) are month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice — the MCP build is already paid off, so retainer minimums aren't structurally needed.
After your tier minimum (3 months for entry tiers, 6 months for full pipeline), either party can end the engagement with 30 days written notice. Before the minimum, early termination requires paying out the remaining months.
Yes. Upgrade at any time during an active entry-tier engagement and your first month's fee credits toward the upgrade. No reset on the minimum term — months already served count toward the new tier's minimum.
Yes, structured by engagement type. Blueprints and entry-tier Advisory are paid in full at purchase. Larger Advisory engagements and MCP/Agent builds use milestone billing — typically 40–50% at signature, with remaining payments tied to working demo and production-ready milestones. Monthly retainers bill on the 1st, Net 15. Setup fees invoice at signature. For engagements over $20,000, installment plans are available on request.
